This is typically not a full body session. Specific body area(s) will be worked on for pain management and range of motion that also can help with mobility. This therapeutic type of massage involves more focused work on your body’s soft tissue — the muscles, tendons and ligaments that move and support your body. You may not be getting the results you want from other traditional treatments, so receiving massage therapy on a regular basis may help. This massage is specific to your pain concerns & includes our most popular therapies: Myofascial release, trigger point, cupping, hot towels/packs, vibration, & medicinal essential oils. 30-Minute Tune-Up
Our 30-Minute Tune-Up is a way to get a quick fix on a trouble area. Come in and have some attention directed to the area that is hurting. We can address an issue to get you some relief. When you don't have time for a full session, come in and try a a 30-Minute Tune-Up. Then, when time allows come back for a full session to continue working on that situation, if it's needed. The 30-Minute Tune-Up is a great way to get started feeling better.

This is a wonderful is a way to improve joint health and flexibility. It's best to wear clothes you feel comfortable moving in. People wear workout clothes, gym shorts, yoga pants, T-shirts, etc. Slacks and jeans restrict your mobility so we suggest not wearing those materials. We require socks for your safety and hygiene.
Assisted stretching utilizes the help of a skilled therapist to address targeted areas and help you get the proper range of motion that your body needs. A stretch therapist will be able to help you safely extend your muscles further than you would on your own. Stretching regularly helps with increased flexibility. These stretch sessions will leave your body feeling more limber by loosening tight muscles while letting you focus on breathing and relaxing.
